File Converter AI: PDF Tools is provided as File Converter AI. This Privacy Policy explains how File Converter AI handles information when you use the app to convert, compress, summarize, and transcribe files.
Files You Choose
You may choose files, photos, audio, PDFs, and other documents from your device. Uploaded files are processed only to provide the selected tool or result. You should not upload files that you do not have the right to process.
How Files Are Processed
Some files may be temporarily stored or processed to provide the service and may be deleted according to operational retention practices. File Converter AI does not promise a specific deletion time unless a specific retention period is later stated in this policy or enforced by the app.
Files may be processed by service providers needed to provide the feature, including cloud storage, conversion, AI summarization, transcription, subscription entitlement, and app infrastructure providers.
Service Providers
File Converter AI may use the following providers or similar providers to operate the app:
- Apple for in-app purchases and subscription billing.
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management.
- Supabase for app infrastructure, such as conversion job and history records and temporary file handling.
- CloudConvert or similar conversion infrastructure for file conversion and compression features.
- OpenAI or similar AI processing infrastructure for AI PDF summaries and audio transcription.
Data Use
File Converter AI does not sell user data. File Converter AI does not use user files for advertising.
Children's Privacy
File Converter AI does not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact support so the request can be reviewed.
